Abstract
Based in the University of Koudougou in Burkina Faso, OPERA (teacher practices Observation in their reports to learning), is an example of research in classes that requires cooperation and the mobilisation of stakeholders (researchers, funders, institutions of international cooperation education, policy makers, teachers, principals, coaches teaching, students) around the teacher issue. Teacher issue is put at the centre of the concerns of the quality of education by the UNESCO in its latest report. The purpose of this communication is to present OPERA showing the different forms of cooperation and partnerships involved and this, implementing research results transfer in training of teachers from the diagnostic needs. By showing the specific contributions of each group of actors and each partner link in the research process, it is especially the synergistic nature of these contributions to the achievement of the objectives that will be highlighted.
